• Make sure you have a correct mobile service coverage (3G / 4G)
• Open the Fermob Lighting app
• Go to “My Lamps”
• Choose which lamp you want to update and tap the corresponding tile

• Then tap the small pencil icon on the top-right corner of the screen:

• Next in the “Technical details” screen, tap “Software update” at the bottom of the screen: the Fermob logo will start spinning

  Note: if a "Your firmware is already updated" message pops up, you don’t need to follow the procedure bellow.

• Wait for the process to complete!
• When you see the message “Finalising update / 100%” the update is complete
• The lamp will turn on once in cool mode and again in warm mode.

Well done! Your lamp’s firmware is now up to date.
