If the Fermob Lighting app isn’t recognising your Mooon! lamp, you’ll need to reset it.

<aside> 💡 After a reset, the ambiances, programmations and timers that you have created in the past will be deleted; you’ll need to recreate them.

1. Before you start, make sure the lamp is turned off

2. Then follow the instructions below:

• place your index and middle fingers either side of the rod at the bottom of the globe, and hold for 10-12 seconds
• once the reset is complete, the lamp will blink several times, then turn on once in cool white mode and again in warm white mode

Well done! You’ve successfully reset your lamp.
