If the Fermob Lighting app isn’t recognising your Hoopik L.1200 string of lights, you’ll need to reset it.

<aside> 💡 After a reset, the ambiances, programmations and timers that you have created in the past will be deleted; you’ll need to recreate them.

1. Before you start, make sure the lamp is turned off

2. Then follow the instructions below:

• press the button located inside the bracket and hold for 10-12 seconds
• once the reset is complete, the lamp will blink several times, then turn on once in cool white mode and again in warm white mode

Well done! You’ve successfully reset your lamp.
